Following on from the other reviews with mould. I ordered 8 bags of cheese direct from Eatlean as Asda has stopped selling it and I really like the cheese tbh it taste ok. However all the bags are mould. Initially opening one to make tea I was shocked but thought ok well one bag is off but nope - all the bags are mouldy. It’s absolutely disgusting and I am devastated as I’ve been eating 1/2 bags of this stuff a week when Asda was delivering it. I really thought I’d solved my issue buying direct but alas no - poor quality and no reply from customer service at all either via email or FB.

I’ve given the business more than a week in goodwill to respond to my emails and phone calls. NOTHING.

I ordered their big fridge topper or whatever is called for the first time after getting some of their cheese from a supermarket. Upon arrival I put almost all of it in the freezer. The one packet I kept out had mold in multiple spots. It’s unopened and the seal hasn’t been broken. Had to throw it all away because I couldn’t tell what was moldy or frosted (given I only saw the moldy packet the next morning and by then the rest of it was frozen.
Also, for anyone thinking I could have eaten the non moldy one…. A head of cheese can develop mold in the rind and it’s fine. For sliced and grated cheese to have mold visible means that the mold is into the cheese and probably the whole batch. OR there is contamination in the packaging process. The packet is still in my fridge if the company has any questions. Seal intact.

The products are amazing and I've place many orders and used it to make so many different meals. Highly recommended for all cheese lover's!.

Even though i do like the products its well known that the cheese arrives mouldy because its packed and dispatched incorrectly, customer service is useless, all they say when you do get a reply is offer you 10% off your next order. Information on the website is incorrect also, states that you recieve delivery information on the morning of delivery but this has never happened

Awesome product - As someone who follows a low fat, high protein diet this cheese has not only enabled me to get Cheese back into so many of meals, but also plays big part in helping to meet my macro goals. The melt is amazing (and the spreadable protein cheese is a show stopper!)

I am on a low fat diet but I love cheese so when I found this product I was over the moon it was everything I wanted, very low in fat and very high in protein. It tastes like a mature cheddar, cheese on toast is great, I have cooked with it and eaten it grated on salads. It has disappeared from my local supermarkets and I missed it so much I decided to buy it on line. The company delivered promptly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend this product for cheese lovers!

It’s just about disappointing that there are always a product out of stock in their website, so mainly we can’t order everything you want at once and save on the shipment.
Eatlean customer service is very efficient, if you might have an issue with their products, you can be sure they will solve it quickly !
