AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! ⚠️
We visited Southwold on a very busy August bank holiday weekend. After some time we finally found parking at Easton farm car park. Payment required you to download an app which was not possible due to the car park being in a very bad spot for internet coverage. We finally boycotted the app and joined the 15 deep queue for the ticket machine. We purchased our ticket and went for our afternoon in Southwold. We have subsequently received a £60 ( increasing to £100) for having not purchased our parking ticket within 15 minutes of arriving at the car park which was a near impossibility.
Please avoid parking here as it’s an absolute scam. I will not be returning to Southwold if this is the kind of treatment visitors receive.

Would give it no stars if I could. Money grabbing place devoid of human compassion. Have been fined a ridiculous amount of money when two tickets were purchased for my stay. If you can't get a ticket within 10 minutes you will encrue a enormous fine with no chance of appeal, whatever the circumstances. Disgusting.

I park at this car park on a day out with my sister. It said the best way to pay was via the app which we tried to do with no success. We then joined a long queue to pay for the parking as others were having the same trouble downloading the app. I made a note of what time my ticket said the parking was valid too.
Over 2 weeks later I received a parking charge notice stating that a was liable to pay £100
But if I payed it within 14 days of dat of sending (of which 7 days had already past) I could pay £60.I appealed this as I didn’t see anywhere that it stated that the time started when you were photographed entering the car park. I also don’t understand if my ticket says a time I need to leave and I left before the time I was fined. I received a reply today and my appeal was denied. Avoid parking here and anywhere where this company manages.

Unless you can get in, park and pay for your ticket within 10 minutes, don't bother parking here. Easton Farm Car Park is run by NPM who will take ANY opportunity to get money out of you. There's the opportunity to pay via PopPay but mobile signal isn't strong enough to download and install the app if you don't have it already and the cash paypoints are situated at opposite ends of the car park so you'd better get your running shoes on! I got a ticket for paying for my parking 4 minutes after the initial 10 mins allowed after entering the car park.. It is noted on the signs so they are regrettably allowed to do this but companies like this, take advantage of the fact people just want to park their car and by entering the car park, they are automatically agreeing to the car parking firms ridiculous terms. Avoid parking here at all costs as NPM are a bunch of wasters..

Poor. Avoid. Not a part of the Council, and will issue you a fine if you park there even if you display the ticket you paid for. Real sorry for all those who parked there Aug bank holiday '23, I'm sure you'll be getting the letter soon, if not already.

Parked here two weeks ago queued for a ticket at the one machine available BEWARE they only allow 10 minutes to get ticket. Unfortunately that day I had to queue for 20 minutes. Ticket dispensed only had part of my number plate. So queued again and paid again. This apparently was not good enough for this money grabbing company. I received a parking fine of£100 reduced to £60 if I pay in 14 days. I have appealed and surprise surprise I lost the appeal 😞

It's October - Should be £3 for 24hours, but still showing £15 on the app. Didn't trust Eastin Farm carpark after having read the other reviews, so we stayed on the council end of the carpark instead.

Do not park here, they issue fines like confetti, give you 10 mins to get ticket, as machines often don't take card (SOLAR POWERED MACHINE IS NOT RELIABLE), queue to pay are often 20mins plus as people try to find cash.TRY HARD NOT TO USE THIS CAR PARK OR ANY OTHER OPERATED BY this private company. I paid cash and still got a fine, shocking practice
