I stayed at this hotel as part of a business trip. Check in was easy and was told how to get to my bedroom. The bedroom looked clean and tidy.
The building is absolutely stunning, wish I got there earlier so I could’ve walked the grounds.
The shocking part of my hotel stay which I know won’t be the same for others was when I woke up at 06:30 with the sound of water dripping on the carpet. When I turned on the light there was water dripping from one of the spotlights in the ceiling.
I immediately went to the reception and was purely told sorry and she would call maintenance (no offer to move me to a different bedroom).
When I went back to the bedroom the dripping was even worse, there was water dripping on the spotlights in the bathroom and on the bathroom doorway.
I quickly got ready and packed my bag and headed to reception again to say the flooding was worse (I even moved a bucket under dripping to prevent the carpet getting completely soaked).
I was only asked if I was staying another night or if I wanted to check out.
I didn’t want to get into arguments so I just checked out even before breakfast was open!!!
I understand these kind of things can happen and it’s no one’s fault.
The one star is because of how the hotel staff managed the situation.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a group of friends celebrating a 50th birthday and really enjoyed it.||Our double room was in the Hepburn House annex, the room was very comfortable and modern. Large comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with a large powerful shower. The annex itself was very modern and didn't feel at all like an after-thought to the main building. In fact, it felt like a private wing of the hotel as most of our party were staying there!||All the staff were super helpful and friendly from check in to the guys working in our function room and in the main bar.||Breakfast was included in our rate and was a choice from the menu rather than a buffet style. I had a good quality full English and also pastries and fresh fruit from the small buffet selection that was also available. The restaurant had impressive views across grounds at the back of the hotel.||In summary, a very nice stay in an impressive hotel with lovely staff and somewhere I would definitely return to.

Me and my partner stayed here for a family friends wedding . I must say I cannot fault the staff , location or the room ! Check in was very smooth and the chap behind the desk was very friendly (sorry I forgot his name) . The room we were given was very clean and spacious. Such a spectacular location to have a wedding. However, weather wasn't on our side ! After partied hard we enjoyed a peaceful nights sleep . Overall would definitely recommend this venue to get married!

Beautiful hotel with great food and service. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and the gym is the best I’ve ever seen. I stayed in the Hepburn building, the grounds and room were perfect. Whenever I need to stay in this area again I will 100% come back here!

I recently attended a wedding at Easthampstead Park, and it was truly magical. The elegant architecture and beautifully gardens provided the perfect backdrop for my friend’s special day. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a lovely afternoon tea on the terrace at Easthampstead Park, and it was an experience to remember! The ambiance was absolutely charming; the terrace offers a stunning and serene setting that's perfect for a relaxing afternoon.The staff were incredibly attentive and catered to our individual needs with grace and efficiency. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our visit special. The selection of sandwiches and cakes was delightful -- each bite was more delicious than the last. The variety was impressive, and everything was beautifully presented. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and delectable treats made for a perfect afternoon.
