We have stayed at Easterside Farm many times over the years that Sarah, Alan and their daughters have been running this superb Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. Fabulously located to explore all that North Yorkshire has to offer. Sarah goes just that bit further to make her guests stay so special. Breakfast is an experience where else would get homemade Granola, also jams and preserves (which can be purchased to take home with you) Sarah’s full English breakfast, using locally sauced ingredients is exceptional and will set you up for the day. Sarah will very happily accommodate your dietary requirements. You will also find a lovely added bonus of homemade cakes or biscuits on your tea tray. Views from every aspect of the house are breathtaking. It’s s working farm so lambing time through April is a special added bonus.

This is my happy place. A working sheep farm. The family are so accommodating, from offering the use of a baby monitor to letting my children stroke the horse, bottle feed lambs, to holding kittens. A perfect little family get away. Limited phone signal which is great for spending quality time together. Local butchers meat and eggs from the farm chickens for cooked breakfast. Lovely fresh cakes everyday. Hubby often orders homemade chocolate truffles. We always book for a meal on the Sunday. The best yorkshire puddings with our roast. We visit every Easter. The whole family are so accommodating

Easterside Farm is set in the middle of beautiful countryside--rolling hills, sheep, and cottages. The rooms at Easterside were quaint and clean. It was very quiet there, which meant a great night's sleep. Sarah was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. I'd definitely go back!

Spacious, comfortable room, and great that it was self contained, as this meant there was no noise from other guests. There was a table and chairs outside the room for enjoying the stunning views. The breakfast was delicious - one of the best full English breakfasts I've had. We appreciated the fact that the room was serviced, as this appears to be a bit of a rarity in hotels and B&Bs now

Stayed here in the summer and will always be special to us as the location we got engaged at, the staff were incredibly helpful friendly and hospitable, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was fresh, really could not find a thing to complain about.

Stunning location and a beautiful and charming farmhouse with wonderful views. Sarah was a very friendly host and cooks a superb and hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and there are freshly baked goodies in the room and available to buy along with fresh eggs. We had a lovely stay and will be back!

We had a fabulous stay at Easterside as part of a riding weekend. Everything was perfect, super friendly hosts, a hearty and delicious breakfast cooked to order, comfortable beds, fabulous views, and some fresh eggs and homemade treats to take away. We ate at a super local pub (the Owl at Hawnby) within walking distance and slept like logs. The farmhouse is so picturesque and charming, it really was lovely. We will be back!

Everything you need after a day of hiking through the moors, is there. Tea and home made cake on arrival. A seperate little house for the two of us. Great location in countryside hills. Comfy beds, hot water bottles, perfect bath and shower, lovely breakfast, home made marmelades.|Sarah is a wonderful host who did everything to make our stay extremely comfortable.|Absolutely recommended.
