We (dad and 6yr old son) hit a (pre-arranged) mission to the Henley 'studio' to check out the kids bikes and we were both left blown away.

The guys were awesome and assembled a few bikes for us to try out. Was great to size up the child on the actual bikes.

The Belter 20" Urban was purchased a few days later and is now being used daily.

Big problem now is what to get the 11yr old!

This week I have experienced Early rider customer service. Beccy should run the country !! Honestly ! If Early Rider opened a supermarket I would make an excuse to go shopping every day just to enjoy the helpfulness and friendliness! Absolutely amazing! We’re trying for another baby just so we can go through the process of purchasing the Early Rider range all over again. 🤟

Beccy at Early Rider goes above and beyond with her customer service. We have purchased several bikes from them; the last bike was a little challenging for me to put together so Beccy made the utmost effort to ensure I had all the help I needed. She made every effort to make sure the bike was working correctly, she didn't need to follow up but did anyway - probably one of the best customer service experiences from a shop I have experienced.

VERY cool bikes and customer service. Our boy made a lot of miles on his little 14" and by the time he was ready for 16" at the age of 3, he just cycled away with it. Everybody asks what brand it is.

Looked at may kids brand bikes,none came close to the early rider selection,took my 4 year old son to the ER workshop for a size check,to our surprise Jaxon was fit for the bigger belter 20” trail 3.... great team of guys and spent no end of time to assure we was happy with our purchase,a1 service and a1 product.....

My son has enjoyed his Early Rider 20" for 18 months now. Lightweight, high-spec and eye-catching, it ticked pretty much all of the boxes when looking for a bike for a relative newcomer to cycling. Furthermore, Early Rider appear to be a British company and adopt an incredible customer service perspective. When a small issue recently surfaced, even though being out of warranty, Early Rider went way beyond expectations to get the problem solved. I rarely review any product or service, but my experiences with this company's product and service has prompted this review. Highly recommended, I shall certainly be upgrading to a larger Early Rider bike when the time comes. Steve.
