Nice and helpful staff, good price for machinery and quick delivery. Sadly no support/contact on weekends and digger had slight issue that builders were able to luckily sort with other tools otherwise it would have been unusable. Refueling cost was surprisingly expensive so refuel yourself before collection to save a surprise expense at end.

Stress-free, honest, great service at reasonable prices. The staff, especially Fiona on the hire desk, are friendly and helpful and do things when they say they will. The prices quoted are the prices you pay (excluding VAT and very reasonably priced delivery). Some other firms offer an initially attractive rate but then add on non-optional extras which can double the initially quoted price.

Was advised to return the machines full as their diesel is more expensive.

They are now my go-to place for tool and plant hire and will be recommending them to my friends.

Hereford Branch gave a super service, they delivered dehumidifier at 7.30am and collected 7.30am..Paul came out after work to sort it out when wasnt working properly..the staff all friendly and efficient..cant recommend them enough....thank you
