I used to live in Japan for few years experienced many amazing food include tofu while I was there. After moving to UK, I shopped around few tofu and finally found this Dragonfly brand tofu at local Morrisons. I was very impressed of taste, especially aroma and sweetness I could taste from their tofu.

Fantastic Tofu!
My favourite is the Dragonfly’s Super firm then the smoked, it’s great and easy to work with for someone who is new to eating and cooking tofu, menu ideas on Dragonfly website are quick and easy and tasty, would highly recommend for authentic Japanese tofu
