I booked this venue for my baby shower. Though the animals were great, the service was not. We had ordered afternoon tea with cheese; there was no cheese whatsoever and we had to keep asking for more tea as they only bought out two teapots for 15 of us. The staff didn’t seem bothered when we asked them about the cheese etc and we never received a refund for this. We were also lead to believe, when booking, that the venue is an enclosed barn, but it’s not, so was absolutely freezing. We were then kicked out after 2 hours which meant we didn’t get to finish the food as the service had been so slow

Lovely place to visit, afternoon tea beautifully served up by attentive friendly staff. The Alpacas are a delight , each with their own personality…as are the goats. Would certainly recommend a visit..and will look forward to visiting again.
