To be honest, they’re not very friendly, I always make a point of smiling and saying thank you have a good day and it’s met with nothing! No reply, not even a slight smile.
My children’s friends have also spoken about coming in with school uniform on and constantly being stared at like they're going to take something when all they're doing is looking around!
The products inside are good quality and not too expensive but it’s just the overall lack of friendliness that deters me sadly

Brilliant whole food and refill store. Excellent stock, friendly, resourceful service, good quality produce - including a small section of fresh local veg, eggs, etc. The place grows on you - highly recommended!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great selection of loose and packed foods, refills, body care, homebrew and eco household products. Happy to sell you small amounts to refill your spice jars much cheaper than buying from a supermarket and it's great to support a local independent business.

Nice shop with everything you need and sensible prices and of course not all that crazy packaging you get in industrial supermarkets. Please, stop destroying the planet by shopping at big supermarkets, support wonderful local shops like this. I love the locally made felted animals as well! Worth going in just to look at those!

Lots of good produce in here. No plastic bags in sight, bring your own containers to refill including for house hold cleaning products. I recommend the muesli. Friendly service.
