Cam here to empty the wash down drain tank. First time here, explained which pit needed emptying, wash down line that needed jetting and overal a very easy experience

May be back here often so I expect the get to know the staff quite well.

Excellent service, first time of taking lambs to be butchered, staff extremely helpful explaining exactly is required.
Collected butchered carcass week later spot on date and time promised and cut precisely as requested.

We have used STM for a fair few years now and have always been pleased with the care taken with our animals after their final journey. We are passionate in how we rear our livestock ensuring their lives are as natural as possible including no tail docking, teeth clipping, antibiotics only when required NOT as a growth promoter, born and reared outdoors etc etc and the one part of the process that we have no control is at the end and STM have always reassured us that it is not all buggered up at the end. Sandra in the office couldn't do anymore than she does to assist, I have made some fiddly requests and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend STM for that last journey!!!
