This is the best independent pizzeria in Sheffield! Not only is the pizza amazing, service brilliant, but these people go the extra mile for their customers. Adam put on a brilliant pizza making birthday party for our daughter's 9th birthday. He taught them all about how to throw the dough, let them build their own toppings behind the counter, and even made sure the playlist was throwing out the bangers! It was such a brilliant party. I can't thank Adam and the team enough for going out of their way to make our girl's day. We will be back again and again.

A lovely welcoming atmosphere. Such a gorgeous space with perfect pizza, the kids even got a bear shaped one! Really enjoyed our time here and the staff are so friendly too.

Fantastic new pizza spot on Abbeydale
Road. Crust is thin and delicious, really delicious high quality ingredients, very very good value for money. Lovely outdoor seating area, and indoor decor creates a lovely atmosphere. The family who run this place are great, a real local gem.

10/10! Love the pizzas. There’s a lot of good pizza places around but the toppings along with the dough of the pizza that they offer here for me make them the best in Sheffield! The Amriticiana with the crispy bits of pork are just so good! Also the Galvanina soft drinks they offer are the nicest drinks about too! They always accommodate us whenever we’ve been (and we’ve been for eat in and takeaway a fair few times). I can’t recommend them enough!! Keep it up guys!

Really delicious pizza, all made fresh which meant if like myself you have dietary requirements, adjustments could be worked out without it being a major issue. The limoncello spritz was so good and in my view an excellent pudding (but they have actual puddings if you have a sweet tooth, which from what the table next to us had looked nice).
The service was great, staff really helpful and friendly.

Doughtruck was recommended to me by a friend. It’s a little out of the way of the main run of restaurants on Abbeydale Road, but it’s well worth starting your night here. The food is great - they use the best proper Italian ingredients. The owner told me lastnight that the oven is also very special - ask them about it when you go! I think it’s good value for money with inexpensive options and also proper splash-out options on the menu. Definitely book in advance! My friend had a lovely birthday meal there lastnight. Absolutely amazing pizzas!! We travel over from Chesterfield as we’ve never found better. So full of flavour and great toppings. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, it’s a pleasure coming every time. A must try!!

Haven't been to Dough Truck for way too long and was really pleased to find that it was just as good as ever on a recent visit for my partners birthday. Booking for a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids) in the space at the back of the restaurant was perfect. Kids teddy bear pizzas always go down a treat and everything had by the adults was fantastic (the meat calzone was 👌). Huge smiles all round. I always find the staff to be incredibly friendly, attentive, ridiculously accommodating with the kids and on this occasion really helpful with prepping a birthday cake that I brought in so a massive thanks to the people that served us.

Would always recommend and will hopefully not leave it so long before returning next time.
