Very clean all around including the toilets, nice place to window shop, have a gander. Large selection of everything that includes posh sheds. World foods section made me giggle.

Wheelchair accessible throughout, mostly pleasant staff. Very clean toilets.

We always enjoy going to the garden centre and find the staff friendly and helpful. The bad reviews seem to be focussed on the restaurant and toilets. My wife and I visit the centre regularly and have never had any issues with either. We love the new coffee area as this lessens the queue in the restaurant considerably. However, if you visit any popular restaurant at a busy time you will experience queues - go figure!!
We will be visiting tomorrow and intend to have breakfast before we shop. Thank you Dobbies

We went to Dobbies garden centre yesterday we where extremely disappointed in the condition of the plants many where dead they do not look like they have been watered for weeks.There was 1 man walking round carrying a very small empty watering can we commented to him about the condition of the plants he wasn't interested. We have visited & bought plants many times before they are usually expensive but in great condition . Now it's changed I don't think the staff know how to use a hose pipe. Management need to act. The loss in profits from letting plants die must be extremely high.

5 stars to Nicole who was so lovely and friendly with my daughters on 24/12/24.
I only go to get my “free” coffee but when Nicole is on duty I know I’ll get excellent customer service. Lovely and smiley too , note to certain other staff .. a smile goes a long way 🙂

A 20 minute plus wait, to order coffee and afterwards, we visited the rest rooms. OMG, they were appalling. They clearly hadn't been cleaned before the start of the day. Bins were full and the state of most of the toilets was disgusting 🤮...I looked in 4 cubicles until I found a cleanish one, the stench was unbelievable....won't be visiting again.

Cafe - went about 11am. Saw panninis behind counter asked for them but told not yet available. Therefore we ordered breakfast after my Mum standing there for several minutes largely ignored. Queue opposite food ordering was painful so we just goat cold drinks from fridge that weren’t cold. Picked up a cheese sandwich for my daughter which I returned as the bread was hard and stale. When breakfast arrived it was awful, tasteless, cheap, one slice of toast, also not hot.

Its so easy to get these things right, it beggars belief that this goes on, it would be so easy to turn this restaurant around and get much more customers as a result.
