Took my son to the soft play area. The highlight I wish to make is the staff member in the cafe. Chloe.L (lady with the 'Dad' tattoo on her arm) made a real effort not only for me and my son but to everyone. Working alone, with a large queue forming, Chloe still had a smile on her face, keeping calm and collective. Excellent customer service, a standard that should be mirrored.

Chloe, if you're reading this review, do look to further your career within hospitality, look at courses, and grow from there. Keep up the sterling work. I wish you a bright future.

I use this place for BBQ supplies such as briquettes, lump wood and kindling when I need some quickly, of course it's often a little more expensive than buying online.

The butchers inside the garden centre have a good selection of meat, perfect for a BBQ if you want to push the boat out a little and get some good cuts.

Good location not far from Serpentine Green, always plenty of free parking.

A very nice garden center. Not too pricey. It has a mini JS that sells essentials. It now has two mini golf courses, resonable priced as well.

The Cafe is nice and has a good variety of food & drinks at a good price.

Overall always nice popping into Dobbies.

A disappointing experience at this Dobbies. No customer service desk and the queues were long. Products and cafe/coffee shop vastly overpriced - £2.30 for a basic can of pop.

Toilets were disgusting and black mould clearly hasn’t been sorted for some time. Good luck finding a parent and child space - appears to be a free for all and not monitored. For a better visit perhaps look at the Blue Diamond garden centres elsewhere in Peterborough and Springfields, because Dobbies was once great and going downhill quickly.

A lovely garden centre that you could browse around for quite some time.
Inside you also have a cafe serving hot food from jacket potatoes to cakes.
There's an aquatics section.
A pet area
Homeware
Clothes
Indoor plants
Furniture
There's even mini golf outside !!
A fresh meat counter
Basically, quite alot of selection.
Plenty of parking outside with disabled spaces by the door.
Toilets inside.
Dogs welcome.

A lovely garden centre, I cannot fault and is a pleasure to visit !!

Bought a Stewart 44cm planter from here last weekend priced at £44.95 . Later saw them in another garden centre for £35.95 and another centre for £31.95. Tried to get it priced matched but no luck as to many terms and conditions. The moral of the story is, if you want to get ripped off go to Dobbies Garden Centre.

I was really looking forward to having my child's first birthday, but unfortunately, my experience with communication was disappointing. I reached out multiple times myself—only to be met with silence. I even requested to update our booking and increase the number of children, but never received any confirmation or follow-up.

It’s disheartening when something you’re excited about turns into a stressful situation due to poor communication. In the end, I had to cancel my reservation and request a refund. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

I took my mum here for afternoon tea must say I was so impressed. The chef looked after us so well. The chef was amazing. Came over and told us all about the cakes and the afternoon tea I would definitely go again.
