Had a new sound system fitted into my ranger, the lads were able to fit my in last minute as I was only travelling to the area for a week and sorted me out. Really happy with the end product, the bass is now banging! Great service and super team who are really passionate about what they do.

These guys work wonders! Anything you want they can do. I had a very specific image in my head of what i wanted and they executed it perfectly. But the best thing about these guys is their customer service. Ryan was on WhatsApp with me answering all my questions daily for almost 3 weeks. Luke carried out the work on my car and he was amazing. A couple of the other lads would put a hand in and everyone was so welcoming. There are about 6 or 7 of them and every time one of them walked past me they offered me a drink and made me very comfortable while i waited for the work to be done. Minus the fact these guys are the only people that do what they do in pretty much all of the UK, their customer service is the best i have ever experienced!

Made a phone call to discuss some work I wanted doing, they sounded interested and informative over my options, I was told they'd get a quote over to me, heard nothing for 2 weeks, then a message to remind them of model of car... I'm still waiting 5 weeks later. Gutted really as their work looks good.

I am writing to you today further to getting stopped by the police and being informed that the above vehicle is without tax.

I would like to record on this email for legal reasons the fact that since purchase of the vehicle from yourselves (6th August 2024), myself and my Facilities Manager Sarah have tried over months to get you to transfer ownership of this vehicle. The numerous emails, Whatsapp messages etc are all on record to evidence this.

It was only when I threatened to leave a bad Google review on your business that you actioned this on the 21st October 2024. This was done on the same day as my threat after sometimes ignoring correspondences and sometimes not being truthful about actions. You had stated for months this had already been done and it would be a matter of days.

If there are any convictions, penalties etc that we would have had no way of knowing about despite best efforts, we will be legally pursuing your business.

These events reflect a lack of care, time wasting, dishonesty and a total lack of professionalism.

Ok a few little niggles but nothing you wouldn’t get with a new truck, but these guys go out of there way to fix any problems even if it’s after market parts
So if you want a truck on the limits these are the guys to contact
2 years on and the service is still impeccable
With minor upgrades and tweaks to my problem free truck
