I am pretty happy to say that I have never encountered any major issues while collecting/delivering goods. Staff are chatty and polite, helpful too. Those in the office are rather quiet but that's understandable because they are swimming in tons of paperwork ha ha. All in all, good experience .

Bay 1; 2Wagons tipped in 5 hours, joke. Get the stuff off get the truck of the bay and next one on. If the load needs checking get the wagon to wait in the yard.

Joke of a place. Been here 2 and a half hours not got a bay yet and brought a truck from behind me in the que to infront to tip because they need his stock. Unbelievable. Latvian truck in front of me has told me he's been here 7 hours ?

They don't answer the phone to ask a question. WFT is my £1 'cooking bacon'. I haven't seen bacon you don't need to cook. Maybe they mean 'ready cooked bacon' or ready to eat. I do agree, comments are all 'non English' . Sounds like a bad place for minimum wage. There is always the option of a rubber dinghy back to France rather than in the back of a container to work for bad recruitment agency's. Name and shame.

Most of the time it's bad.yard is too small,plus normally you wair ages to tip or load. They cram alot of stuff into a small place. Should move to a bigger place!!!
