Great local shop.
A bit more pricey than you supermarket's, but the quality of the produce is excellent and they have a lot more interesting varieties too.
Great baked goods, especially on a Saturday!

It's more than just organic and local fruits and vegetables. They have more organic vegan articles in this small shop than in those big supermarkets.

Been coming to this shop for a few years and I've noticed a few great changes recently! The shop now opens until 7 most days - which I personally appreciate - and last time I walked past they had an event on with a local bakery! A great shop for the community.

Charming not-for-profit, community-led grocery store. Great selection of produce from Scottish suppliers. Open until 7pm most evenings which is super convenient. Lovely addition to Bruntsfield

I love Dig In so much, it's in the heart of Bruntsfield and it encourages us to eat the way we should eat - with produce that is fresh, organic and local.

The late opening times they have done recently (open til 7pm on some nights) has been incredibly useful, as the only time I can pop in is after work. Tonight was so busy at 6:20pm, queues out the door! Keep doing what you are doing and I hope the whole Bruntsfield community support you!

My first time popping in, I picked up heirloom tomatoes, a french pastry and sampled some pesto bread swirl.

The tomatoes cost £6.50 for 1 medium and 3 very small (cherry size). I was surprised at the cost and even more so the quality, nothing different to what I have picked up in Tesco's or aldis. I was considering to buy the pesto parmesan swirls so the staff member gave me some to try and either the samples were stale or the savoury item was not worthy of selling, dry, dry dry.
There was old veg for sale at my feet (at the till point) which said past their best but still edible, well I wish I had taken a photo of the broccoli, I wouldn't have fed it to my dog, it inlooked yellow and brown and as if it had been kicked around for the day. Unfortunately I will not go back.
