While some customers have mentioned that the fruit quality may not always be the best, it is worth noting that this is a common experience across similar shops. Very well stocked supermarket including meat and fresh Mediterranean vegetables. Their fruit are not always the best quality but I find that with all these shops.
Their prices compared to other places are good.
Often the ladies at the tills are quite cold but that's been my experience in all these Turkish supermarkets.

They sell expired products. They have a cashier who gets angry at you when you tell her. I wonder if they searcg this cashier lady a lot. đŸ¤ŖđŸ¤Ŗ When I look at the comments, I think everyone is complaining about the same woman.

I made an account just to say that the people at tills are very rude to people coming and asking information. You can't even ask a simple question because rudeness is thrown in your face. If you come dressed professional you are treated nice if you dress modest you are looked down upon. A good place with affordable stuff but people's attitude is very appalling. The only reason why I don't shop here more often is because of attitude of staff. I will arrange the scoring once I see an improvement in behaviour but untill then it's an unfortunate 1 star.

Shockingly poor customer service and discrimination by one lady in particular at the till. The rest of the staff are always kind and helpful. It's a shame that such a great store which is a home away from home for many is marred and based on previous reviews, nothing has been done about this individual's behaviour.

Really fresh and reasonably priced selection of fresh herbs and vegetables. The ladies are lovely in there and extremely helpful with choosing food. It's like a tardis of all Middle East food. Just wonderful. Bakery, deli and anything and everything. Must visit!
