Ordered deserts for delivery. Driver did not want to walk up the stairs to the flat and told me to come down and get it. I said I paid for delivery so please deliver it. The driver walked up the stairs swinging the bag round and round so that the sauces burst open and leaked all over. The cheesecake was squashed in the packaging. Absolutely terrible service and the deserts didn't even taste that nice either. Please don't waste your money

Appalling. Ordered a truffle cheesecake for my sons birthday, they sent out the complete wrong order knowing it was wrong and without telling us. They then waited for us to open and refused a refund unless we took them back to the shop- from Essex!!! Very plain and nothing special either.

Terrible experience, cakes were delivered destroyed and our order wasn't correct at all - some things were out of stock and swapped for different items we never asked for! We had no clue this was going to happen at least give us a courtesy email or call?

Reached out to customer service and it was so draining talking to people who don't even care about their customers!

No refund offered just a small discount - but why would we want a discount when our cakes were terrible tasting, wrong order and a terrible experience dealing with this company

There was cake crumbs all outside the boxes - the cakes were chocolate based and this terrible if you have pets as chocolate is extremely toxic for pets such as cats and dogs!

We opened the box to find the order smashed to pieces and crumbs covered across our kitchen floor!

Ordered for my sisters 30th birthday the cake was packaged great in 2 boxes and with ice packs. It was Absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend and will order again in the future.

Very poor service from start to finish, I ordered a cake that was meant to serve up to 10 people, they sent a cake that was the size of a side plate.
They tried charging me nearly £40 for a cake that was the same size as a cake from my local supermarket which only cost £9.
Extremely sarcastic response from their customer services which seems to be a common theme by this seller.
Escalated the claim via PayPal and was awarded a full refund.
It’s a real shame that business like this try to con you out of your money and rip you off, standby for the sarcastic response to this review as they will have to have the last word!!!

So me and my friends have just ordered an order that is nearly £100 worth of food, we ordered this 12:05am and it didn’t arrive till 1:30ish there was no updates or information if the food is on its way or not , so I had called the place up to ask the man was very rude so we had hung up the phone we then called again and the man was rude yet again telling us the place was closed (although it shuts at 2am) and then told us it didn’t order to our location and then told us best look next time we had called again after the man hung up on us and then a woman answered who was lovely and apologised for the previous calls we had , the food had arrived the delivery person was lovely but our food was not aesthetically pleasing to look at and all of the food was cold not happy and will never look to come back here again I would not recommend and am highly disappointed

When ordering “cinema nachos” you’d expect warm and made nachos not all in separate containers ?! And having to warm things up yourself when you can’t, so thanks for tortillas and dip and the stuff to make them myself 🙄
