Forget Subway as THIS place is the best place in Kent for sandwiches, baguettes, sausage rolls, Pasties and so so much more. The quality of the food is amazing, the service is of a high quality and always friendly. I'm just glad I don't live nearby as I'd be in there everyday. The food is that good

Witness some terrible hygiene here today!

My husband and I queued for the sandwiche counter and watched a lady behind the meat counter making burgers.
She was making the party's, pushing her glasses up, serving customers, touching money/card machine and till, touching scales, then having a drink out of her bottle, making the burgers up and continuing to touch her face and serving customers WITHOUT washing her hands or using gloves.
Also watched a youngish lad by the meat counter going on his phone and then handling raw meat and back to his phone again.

Girls at the sandwiches counter also didn't change their gloves between handling money and serving customers.

Needless to say I decided not to order from here.
I mentioned this to my husband about the lady making the burgers and the man infront overheard and said that he had been watching her do the same and thought to himself about her poor hand hygiene and all the things she's touching after touching raw meat.

And amazing food and unbelievable customer service The three ladies in the weekday Are always happy and smiling.When i've gone in and always like to chat and asking you about your day Which is Very rare I've recently discovered. Dennis of bexley From there food coma sandwiches To the salad. The portion sizes are always heavenly. Withl the queues sometimes outside the door Nobody is ever moaning about.Waiting for this award winning food

This is a wonderful butcher's and delicatessen. They have a huge display of fresh and cooked meats. They produce and sell their own pies, whether small or large, and those pies are full, not gravy but with meat, the steak, and kidney Jan packed with meat. The sandwiches are great full of flavour and made while you wait. It's a great place to stop just off the A2 and get a sandwich or sub with coffee, well worth the visit , nd yes, there is a car park as well.
