The products arrived very quickly (in just 10 days) and they came in excellent quality and condition!

The delivery fees are really really worth it by how much they take care of your products by protecting them really well, they place your products in high quality hard box, with a lot of paper wrapping, making sure the product arrives intact which I appreciated a lot.
(just like how you would find it if bought from a physical store).

I'm highly satisfied with their service and I will 100% buy again from them.

The products are wonderful. Unfortunately the courier damaged some of the products. The staff were beyond helpful, as the problem wasn’t their fault. I shall definitely be ordering some of their fabulous products for Christmas. Thank you again ?

The best Italian sausages...

I have just taken delivery of my second order for these wonderful sausages in all formats and varieties. Delicious on the BBQ.

Put in a decent sized order but was specifically after multiple of one product.

When I placed the order it showed 8 of them, they didn't deliver any and said there was a stock error.

Never communicated this, it just didn't show up and they didn't offer me an alternative.

I was told it had been refunded but it hasn't, as yet, come through.

Quite poor service.

Fake discount on the website, the prices are inflated and then it shows a tiny reduction on price. I love when they send you the discount code by email which you can only use for the full priced items and the minimum order for free delivery is £70! ....just a joke...
Find a better way to do the prices because people these days monitor the prices and they are not stupid.
Previous customer who was buying a lot before they put the new system on their website.

I love delicatezza! The range of things they have on the website is amazing and I haven’t found prices this cheap for Italian food anywhere else in the UK! I have even been directly to Italian warehouses and it was no where near as cheap as delicatezza! The way the pack your order is amazing! the care that goes into it the packing process insures everything turns up as it should! The fresh food comes in frozen packaging and is still cold when it arrives my drinks were chilled too! The glass jars are wrapped very carefully too! I recommend this website to all my Italian friends and family! It’s amazing!!
