I was having a conversion with Mark Godden on email about buying a particular type of tree from them. Started off all good and he was very helpful to begin with, sent me pictures and pricing too. The moment I asked if there was any discount on the price, I never heard back from him. Even sent 2 follow up emails on the 24th and 27th and still no reply. Seems like this company doesn't want to sell the single trees and wants to do big orders only without any discount. If there isn't any discount available then just reply back and say so, I would have still made the purchase. Now they have just lost a sale as well as a negative review.

Great pre sales service with very attentive sales staff

Delivery not so good general failure to work out the size of the lane and the lorry that would fit down it so some of the trees made two journeys to and from there yard which did them no good at all.

Complete failure after sales when a couple of the trees died and we were just ignored. I guess spending £20K plus with them is not enough to warrant even a sympathetic ear which is a pity.
