I recently purchased an investment/rental property from DDM Residential in Brigg. Darryl and Liberty were incredibly helpful throughout the purchase process, and communication was excellent. They provided me with regular updates throughout the purchase progress and the same when viewings were taking place during the tenant find process. Thank you both very much!
I would also like to mention Lynne, Chloe and Lucy at DDM Lettings in Scunthorpe. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they do a wonderful job of managing the property for us now that it is tenanted, dealing with maintenance, tenancy agreements and compliance, rent collection and much more. I have recently both sold and bought a property through DDM and found them to be friendly, helpful and efficient throughout the process from valuation to completion.
Thanks go to Gill for her advice about pricing to sell, I had an asking price offer within 3 days of going live, to Darryl for our chit chats whenever he rang with updates and to Liberty, again for chatty updates but also for being so persistent with calls to all parties running up to completion.
All in all, DDM Brigg have made my house move smoother than I had anticipated.

Its been quite the journey with DDM, we were originally with another estate agent who were not very professional and then we met Liberty on a viewing, she was so professional and friendly that we decided to move over to DDM and that was nearly 2 years ago!! Liberty & Darryl had no problem selling our property, it was just unfortunate we had buyers pull out twice.
When we felt like it was the end of the line, Liberty kept us reassured that we would find our 3rd time lucky buyer and she found them. We moved on the 19th Sep into our forever home and thanks to Liberty she even helped push it over the line with exchange of contracts too. I think she was just excited as we were to finally reach the finish line.
Nothing was too much trouble, always helped, reassured, kept professional when a previous buyer was rude, kept us up to date, always made time to speak whether on the phone, email or in the office.
Will certainly miss the chats, but will definitely call in when in Brigg to say hi ?
