We chose David Burr because of their extensive knowledge of the area. This is really useful to purchasers who are not local. They were also very realistic regarding pricing and sale potential of our property rather than inflating it in order to get the property on their books, a ploy used by many others. Throughout the somewhat arduous process involving solicitors they managed our expectations and pushed the process along.
