My daughter is 13 but quite short so has always struggled to find tights that aren't super long. This means usually dropping down to age 8-10 which is too tight in the waist. These fit beautifully and are great quality. They also retain the pinkness after multiple washes in comparison to cheaper brands. Will use again.

Please note this company is Online only despite their details saying it’s a shop with opening hours. One wasted trip to Swindon to be greeted on the phone by customer service girl who couldn’t have cared less!!
I needed a simple leotard in an emergency for a show, but there was no way they were going to help me.
I am sure the products are great, but customer service very poor sadly.

Wanted to return a gift as it was incorrect colour, it arrived on 18th Dec, was gifted over Christmas, but all returns had to be back before 1st Jan! Returned the item at my own cost, only for them to post it back, won't exchange or refund or even communicate about the situation. This isn't even reasonable customer service! WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

I should have read the reviews before ordering my daughter's leotard. The sizing is totally inaccurate with a 3 inches difference from what is written and what has been sent. But what has baffled me is their answer. Clearly unprofessional and rude. such poor customer service!

This company is appalling, I ordered some tap shoes, 2 weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for them to arrive.. I have called the company numerous times and am told that they cannot tell me when they will be sent to me. I asked for my money back so that I can order elsewhere but they say that they cannot refund my money. I have to wait for the shoes to be delivered and then send them back for a refund. This is no way to do business and I would certainly not recommend them.
