I visited cycle king today to have my bike headset adjusted. Everyone at cycle king is very helpful in particular Liam, and the mechanic. The issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. Cycle king are very friendly, polite and deal with customers in a reassuring manner. The service I received and have received previously is excellent. Thank you again. Much appreciated.

Very kind, honest and knowledgeable staff!

I called in thinking I needed new tread and tubing. I was able to pop in 15 minutes are speaking to a very knowledgeable staff member.

Once I arrived my bike was checked over and to a pleasant suprise they found that the tyres only needed to be pumped and that the tread and tubing was in good condition.

I wasn't charged anything for this despite taking about 20-30 minutes of their time . I will be defintely be returning for any future cycling needs!

Went into Chadwell Heath branch today wanting to buy a particular basket for our folding bikes. Unfortunately due to the shape of the handlebars it wouldn't fit. So Liam, the assistant Manager went above and beyond to help us out. He managed to find a basket which I really didn't want because it was made of wicker like the ones for carrying doggies. It fit perfectly and got us out of trouble. We were going to buy el cheapo ones off ebay and they would definitely not have fit. We ended up paying more than we expected for our 2 baskets but we are both happy?
This is the exact reason to go to a shop like Cycle King, you are paying for Liam's expertise, patience and helpful attitute - which is priceless! Thank you !iam!

Grandsons first proper bike, the staff were so knowledgeable and kind it was a really pleasant visit, they checked the bike over to make sure it was all OK, the grandson has been riding it and is really happy

Just popped into the shop after having an issue with my bike derailleur. The man working there was super quick to help me without hesitation. He was able to fix it on the spot and charge me a very fair price. Brilliant service.

Popped into the Chadwell Heath branch today after a failure with Halfords.
Ended up being well worth driving around until parking was available. Not only did they have exactly the right parts needed for my 30+ year old bike, they were able to fix it on the spot.
I doubt the knowledge service and experience would be available from other outlets.
Very happy with my customer experience with these guys, will return for sure.
