We bought a new Polaris Ranger diesel from this company and have had issues with it from new making it unsafe, they knew when we bought it that we put our young kids in the machine and still they have never fixed these issues and now they are avoiding contacting us even though the Ranger is still in warranty.

Frankly if I could give no stars I would. We bought a ride on mower for approx £4k in the summer. After the 3rd time of using it the fan belt came off. We called the company and they sent some one to fix it - it took 15 minutes to do. We then got a bill for £120 - they didn't answer any emails but just kept sending the bill. We spoke to them and they said it wasn't covered under warrantly. The customer service advisor was not interested. He was very offhand, didn't care about providing a good service and the fact that he would not be getting any future custom from us. We will get all future services and parts elsewhere. Completely disgraceful customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I had a hydrolic ram there for 3 weeks and they did nothing to it, not impressed with there service and the reason why I took the ram there was because the first time they do not fix it properly don’t really want to use them anymore
What I’m trying to say is don’t go there because they won’t fix what you want and if you take it back they won’t bother doing it.
