3x een camper gehuurd 2x de c25 en 1x de c30 helaas tegen gevallen.
Eerste keer echt super, 2de keer wat mankementen maar ok dat werd opgelost maar de 3de keer was echt niet leuk.
Na 1 dag ging het motormanagement lampje branden en de koelkast viel elke 6 tot 8 uur uit, je moest resetten en dan met geluk deed hij het weer.
3 weken lang contact proberen te zoeken maar werd afgedaan met het vakt wel mee, koop maar een koelbox en dan vergoeden we dat incl ijs.

Dit is niet wat je wilt horen met 30 plus graden, helaas koelbox nooit vergoed gehad em de kosten voor het ijs ook niet.

Camper was er slecht aan toe, heel veel schades aan de binnenzijde, scherpe punten (niet leuk met 3 kinderen) , water lekkages en een stinkende afvoer.
Je keek letterlijk van binnen naar buiten door de zijwand, wij denken dat deze camper een ongeluk had gehad.

Cruise america heeft nooit meer gereageerd, volgend jaar wordt het dan maar een andere partij.

Heel jammer van zo'n grote organisatie, zeker omdat het voor de rest prima rv's zijn
