We rented a villa in Istria (Croatia) a few months ago and were satisfied with the service provided.

The house matched the online pictures, it was provided clean with all the towels. There was a maintenance guy coming in almost everyday to check on the pool.
We also had some issues with the circuit breaker so the jacuzzi heating would sometimes cut off but the communication with the Crovillas team was efficient so the maintenance employee would come over to solve it ASAP.

We also had some questions before our arrival that were quickly addressed by email. Check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly.
It is not mentioned on the website but they also speak english in addition to german and croatian. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we thought this is a serious company.

As a couple we went to Croatia for the first time. We didn't know anything about the beautiful Istria. On the search for holiday homes we found Crovillas and felt from the beginning in safe hands. In addition to the great advice on accommodation, we also got plenty of information about the surrounding area and the region Istria. My personal favourite place in Istria is by far the nature park "Kamenjak". See photo 🙂

Kurz gesagt PERFEKT!!
Ich habe nach kurzer Suche direkt bei Crovillas angerufen und die Wunschkriterien mitgeteilt. Am nächsten Tag waren per Mail die passenden Angebote da👍🏻.
Nach einer kurzen Rückfrage die VILLA AURANA gebucht und es war traumhaft!!
Alles was in der Beschreibung steht und auf den Bildern zu sehen ist haben wir so vorgefunden.
Unsere Erfahrung mit Crovillas ist absolut positiv und wir würden immer wieder dort buchen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ne preporučamo suradnju s ovom agencijom. Deset dana prije termina (31.12. do 3.1.) su nam otkazali kuću sa objašnjenjem da nisu vidjeli da smo bookirali 3 noći pa otkazuju jer je kod njih minimum 4 noći. Pretpostavljamo da je vlasnik 10 dana prije našao nekog tko će mu platiti više nego mi prije dva mjeseca. Kompletan boravak je plaćen. Njihova međusobna komunikacija je jako loša... Za sad im je i riješavanje ovakvih situacija loše.. Uglavnom bježite od crovillas
