Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!
I went there 7:55PM, the guy closed the door and told me you can’t go in, I told him that I just want to return an item, he was so rude and said NO!
I asked him for the manager, she came to tell me with disrespect (NO Good night we are closed) without any apologies and left .
She called a tall guy from inside to threaten me saying (you need to leave and take a picture if you can !!!!!!!!!

Same shoes were much cheaper online Arrogant shop assistant. I do not understand the concept of outlet crocs - it’s much better and cheaper to buy online

Loved this store. The Hello Kitty merchandise is just adorable. Great selection of crocks in my size. Unfortunately for my husband. No size 14 wide in the entire store for him. Staff were very helpful.

I had so much fun picking out charms with my boys.
The employees were so nice and attentive the whole time we were there (30-45 minutes). They had a full store, with line outside waiting, and the cashier was so nice when my son wanted to switch out a charm we had already purchased for one he saw as we were walking out.
