The store is tiny and cramped. They try to alleviate this (I'm assuming) by having you wait outside until some patrons exit the store. It doesn't help, totally cramped. Was barely possible to find a spot for my little niece to try on crocs for size. Also, it was annoying how many sizes were out of stock, and also the jibbitz prices were not posted. A salesperson hung around the crowded jibbitz counter and spoke the prices aloud. Annoying.

I was in the store to buy my son 4 year old a crooks for his birthday he was really exiting because is a Christmas crocs, I’m looking for his size and proving
A lady come to me and ask to move my stroller from the allway I move to the side but there is no space, store is to tide no mater where I move she come again and told me move my stroller with attitude my stroller is In front of me and don’t block any entrance when she come and try to take my stroller to move by her self at the entrance with all my shopping bags
So I need to follow her to take my stroller and get out with my son with out shoes
The lady on the entrance told me there is other stores and laughing on my face there are very rude
My son don’t understand what happen and told me sorry Momy sorry Momy he think was his fault
And leave from the store crying because he don’t have his crocs he wants
I don’t care my feelings but these ladies ruin my baby’s birthday day
These lady’s don’t deserve to have a job.

Store salesman was very rude to me. He didn’t respond to my questions when I asked. When I came to check out he left the register and start stocking the shelves. I had to call him second time loder. But he didn’t respond and came to register only after he was dine with stocking.
This employee made me think if leaving the store without a purchase.
If sales representatives have some bios feelings and wttitudes towards customers who actually putchasing stuff, this need to be considered by store owners
My putchase was 110 dollars just in case

Just call to be sure that I could do an exchange. I ordered the wrong size, Crocs didn’t make a mistake. The woman that took my call could not have been more helpful, Nadia I believe was here name. After confirming that I could return/exchange the Nightmare Before Christmas Crocs, she asked what size I needed. She checked and said there were 3 pairs available . I said I’d be in tomorrow, she then asked for my name and put 1 pair on the side for me. DANG young lady, this type of customer service is rare these days. Thank you!

THE CROCS HERE ARE MORE EXPENSIVE! Do your research before purchasing anything from here. I bought 2 kids crocs in-store and found the exact same ones at Crocs.com and from other well known retailers for nearly half the price (and free shipping). Save your money and buy online or from any other retailer for less! Also, don't be fooled by Last Chance items...those are just the last pair in THEIR store (and non-refundable). You will, most likely, be able to find them elsewhere (and did I mention for cheaper?!)!

Had an awesome experience in the store not sure if she was the store manager or not ( she should be ) her name was Keitha. She helped my 6 year old pick out some crocs. She was very helpful in asking my daughter questions about what she like and checking her size. I can’t wait to come back and shop again.

The woman on the line check did not allow my husband to come and pay even though he has to be in line for 10 minutes she ask him to still be on line and allow other people to come in. She was rude and zero respect. The worst customer service here

When checking out they ask if you want a $2 or $3 bag. When they actually have free paper bags. When I saw this I said I wanted to return them and apparently they’re final sale.
