Fantastic products. Shame about their finance department who think its ok to call companies months later to say that they owe them money but can't say why or how. I placed an order for christmas and paid for everything at the time. One item didn't turn up and when i have chased the accounts department for a refund, they have informed me that they don't owe me anything as i wasn't charged for it, even though i was as per the invoice and told me that in fact i owe them, even though i always pay upfront for everything i order.

After numerous emails sent and red letters coming to my house, when i emailed the accounts department with proof that they owe me and not vice versa, i hear nothing back. Another company i talk to has had letters arrive this morning to say that they owe Creme dor money. Again this company has fully paid for all orders.

Please check all your invoices and always keep proof otherwise they may try and send you a bill for something they say you owe when you don't.

This has been ongoing for 4 months now where initially it was over the phone and now letters and emails and quite frankly its putting unnecessesary stress on us.

I was a customer for years ordering chocolates from Creme d'or until last year when I noticed they had charged me twice for some transactions. When I spoke to their accounts team, they were adamant that they had charged me twice and didnt refund me. I realised they are unscrupulous and would advise anyone not to use them.
