The food wasn't that bad but there are definitely room for improvements, service can be improved as well. Not very spacious is an issue as well. However, decent I'd say given the location.

Customer service, there was none.
Food was rubbish. Microwaved cookie dough. No cutlery except wooden knife and fork for eat in customers. Tried to persuade me and my family to take take away rather then eat in. Everything came in a take away box. Before giving my food the worker was too busy ordering his own food over the phone while I’m waiting for half my order. Would not recommend.

Ordered two desserts with icecream and didnt even get the icecream. Not only that the dessert was served like this in the box. Looks horrendous. Tried calling and they were not picking up. Disgusting!

This place is awful. Avoid!!
The staff are grumpy and rude.
The seats are all destroyed, and the only good seats had the rubbish from last customer's, which was there for ages as when we left, it still wasn't cleaned.
The decor is disgusting. (Dirty mirrors, ice cream on the backs of the seating)
The toilet is terrible. They have used tape to fix the (still broken) buttons.
Overpriced.

The ice cream was average, like expected. I didn't leave happy, but at least my belly left happy.
