Friendly and bubbly welcome straight away from the staff and so patient because we wasn't sure what to have. We ended up trying the BBQ chicken hot pocket and it was surprisingly tasty, however me and my partner like salt.. and guess what! a member of staff actually sourced us some salt in a dessert cafe even though he thought we was crazy lol but still when we have come again he brings the salt haha. Great quality food/dessert always... but that the staff remember you when you come again is special

Ice cream is nothing to write home about. Should be next level as it is an Icecream restaurant. The 'Thick' milkshake is like milk consistency, but it was tasty. The restaurant was hot and muggy, someone needs to turn on the AC! We stood outside, which sucked as all you could smell was the pot smokers!

Service incredibly slow, rude/miserable workers, food cold, cannot believe a measly slice of cake is £5.95 and a (brown) banana and strawberry crepe costs £9.25- disgusting prices. Place is an absolute rip off and what they serve is poor.

Been a few times before and loved it but not this time. Beware some of the reviews on here giving 5 star as they look like they’ve been paid for. On Facebook, currently 24 of 26 people do not recommend this place. Staff were unwelcoming. Didn’t even say hello when ordering just waited for me to speak. Food came out slowly: First the child’s ice cream, 5 minutes later my waffle, 10 minutes later the last two cookie doughs. The child’s ice cream served in a small plastic cup was a rip off for £6.95. My waffle was alright. Adult cookie dough was the same size as a child’s and looks absolutely nothing like the menu so we got a refund for that. Then found a large hair in the child’s cookie dough so got a refund for that. The place felt miserable and I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s met the end of its time.

Creams cafe always disappointed me but today it was the worst. The staff in this medway branch is very rude and abusive. The guy who was talking in URDU language he thought i dont understand and he was abusing me in his language using very bad words to me. When I told him I can understand what you just said to me he said I am sorry but the load of work is too much on me and its only 20 mins to closing and customer still coming. I told him ok I am canceling my order and I can just give you a review so you can improve yourself in your professional life. And also creams should plan some small workshops for the employees ethics or hire some professional staff to teach other staff some manners how to treat a customer and not to ruin the owners business.

Awful experience. Our group of three adults and one three year old were the only seated customers. The child’s order was at least 15 minutes later than the adults, and the staff member stopped three times to serve walk in customers. Need to allocate staff appropriately and think that perhaps serving a three year old first is a better plan than after the adults….not impressed at all.

Service was awful. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes to take away.
The staff had no hair nets on nor did they have gloves on when serving food.
The food was stone cold by the time it had arrived to me and my milkshakes were melted.
Highly do not recommend and I will not be coming back ever again. My order was incorrect. I ordered an all white chocolate and strawberry waffle but instead I had received a milk chocolate and white chocolate waffle with strawberries.

There was a customer waiting over 30 minutes at a table for a single milkshake. The service was appalling.
