I had an extremely disappointing experience working for Cranswick Continental Foods, Bury. The management is unprofessional, and the work environment is toxic. The Am Shift line manager(High Care 1), in particular, displayed blatant racism, targeting Black employees denying them paid breaks . This discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and created an environment of fear and frustration.

Its been one week now i attended the induction ans haven't heard anything.
I messaged you many times no reply.
I'm very disappointed with this,You waste my time. it would have been nice to at least know the outcome especially when it said immediate start after the induction.

This place is an absolute joke, more like a concentration camp than a workplace. Employees from warehouse are entitled to have a 10min brake for a drink but THEY NOT ALLOWED TO SIT DOWN only because they getting paid for that “break” what’s even more sad, there’s a person who’s walking around and trying to track down them ones who’s been rude enough to sit down… but people from offices are more than welcome to sit down. That’s absolute joke, sounds like absolute nightmare, SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Easy to find,tipped at warehouse B and couldn't fault it. Goods in staff talk to you like your a human being and there are very clean facilities for drivers.

As you would expect for a food handling facility it is very clean. Covid 19 testing is mandatory for All visitors, which is reassuring. Good parking and a very efficient receptionist.
