Absolutely fantastic plants arrived in great condition. Even better the packaging materials of straw and wood shavings can be recycled in the compost.
Highly recommended.....it takes a lot to impress me these days but I was grinning when opening the package and discovering my plants.

We ordered 45 plants/3 different varieties and we were initially a bit worried about having them delivered by a courier service. But the plants were ingeniously packaged in straw to keep them moist and well protected. A few hours after planting they were happily showing us new flowers and are all growing healthily.
We highly recommend the quality and service offered by Gary and the Cranesbill Nursery.

I ordered a range of geraniums in April and was delighted to receive them this week - well done to the nursery who have been inundated with orders! I really enjoyed browsing the many interesting varieties listed on the website. The plants were beautifully packed in a cardboard box with straw and wood shavings and arrived in perfect condition. Only one plant was not available and I was automatically refunded. I will definitely be ordering again, well done!

If I could give 10 stars I would !!!
Gary and Jenny at Cranesbill have been exceptionally helpful and produced excellent quality plants. One of the bare rooteds was not going to survive (live plants don't always develop ) and without question Gary replaced it with a potted
I purchased 18 geraniums both bare rooted and potted and they are all flourishing. Gary's customer care in my experience has been beyond the call... he is 100% committed to offering the best service he can.
He should do well in future ... an example to many other businesses about how to behave well to customers
If I had any space left in this over stuffed garden I would buy more from him.

I had exceptional service during these Covid19 times. Gary explained they had an unprecedented demand than ever online so I was prepared for delay. The sturdy plants arrived sensitively packaged in straw, and are flourishing already. I will be ordering more in the new year of the earlier flowering varieties (bare rooted) in some choice colours, (there are so many). They are easy plants in my experience. Thank you Gary and Jenny.
