Chose a good time to go (3pm). Nice and quiet with a lovely atmosphere. Background music isn’t deafening. Staff helpful and friendly. Coffee nice and smooth. The cake is well worth having. No pressure to vacate. Sit back and chill.

Looks nice and they give you a lot of cakes. All pluses and all that. The prices are pretty low too. Good stuff all around. And then, you get the cake and you realize that they don't use a cake cover for it and by now your cake has gotten dry if its been cut through before. Their sandwiches do not look appealing either. Either way, get an uncut cake slice and hope that that's moist enough because it was rough seeing my friend try to finish that slice.

Delicious mocha cake. Think it had a cream cheese icing which went perfectly with the moist cake as it wasn’t too sweet. Don’t normally buy cakes like this but it was the best cake I’ve had in a very long time.

The best coffee in Bristol. It's not easy to find a good coffee for fussy coffee drinkers but these guys are Masters. You can't get any better. I wish they had a chain to enjoy their coffee in other cities around the UK.

I love this cafe cos it offers wide selections of cakes. My favourite is tiramisu cake and carrot cake, price is reasonable (3.80£ per piece). It’s located inside St. Nicholas Market close to high street. Good to take a break here after your visit in the market, or take away the cafe as refreshments for your tea time / dessert.

Amazing.
A really good selection of cakes, all fresh, well made, and great quality.
Hands down, the best black forest I've ever tasted (no pictures because it was inhaled. Quickly.) Light, fluffy, and the icing was perfectly balanced.
Service was noteably warm and friendly, too.

Can't wait to try the brownies.
