Shocking staff attitude. They measured my patio windows incorrectly and it took the builders 2 days extra work to make the patio doors fit. One window became blown and 18 months later they still never replaced it. I ended up just doing and paying for the job myself.

Shocking attitude from the old battleaxe. Got told to wear a facemask even though it's not mandatory anymore. And I was exempt anyways. Sod it. Got to Wheatley hill pet shop. Nice attitude there and pleased to serve people!

used this company to fix our pub window from the day they come out to measure they said they would get back with a quote what they never did i had to phone up 3 days later for it, i got told to come into the shop on the Friday for the invoice what wasn't there for me and he would drop it off that day today is nearly a week later and im still waiting,i would never use this company again there customer service stinks,
