I would give this company 0 if I could. I don't think it is a legitimate company as when you call the number on the website it says that the number is out of use. I ordered honey online a month ago I had an email confirming my order but nothing since. They have taken my money but can't get through to them and they do no respond to email or Facebook. Please use caution when buying from this company if it's in fact a company. Will be reporting them to trading standards in the hope I get mu money back.

Every product is handmade with love and it really reflects on flavour! Hand delivered to your door. The best tasting Banana bread because it incorporates hand harvested honey. The honey chilli jam goes so well with any nibbles on hand! If you have a sweet tooth like me then honestly the honey sticky toffee pudding which I see in selected stores now really hits the spot for a pudding! If you are living in Aberdeen and are not ordering from Cove Honey Bees you are missing out!

Really disappointed to be writing this review but there doesn't appear to be another way to get in touch with Brian.

The products we have had from Cove Honey Bees have always been delicious and gone down a treat, especially their banana breads and sticky toffee puddings. This makes the below more difficult to type but I do not see another option.

At the end of June 2023 I purchased a baby hive sponsorship for my other half's 30th birthday. This is meant to offer various things such as a visit to the hive during summer, honey at the end of summer, some products at Christmas time, etc.

The order was received and after a couple of weeks (on my partner's birthday) I emailed asking how the sponsorship would be recognised so I could best "gift" the present to him. There was no response so I ended up printing the webpage and giving it to him in an envelope. I emailed three more times in July and also tried to phone several times but this rang out.

On 3rd August I received an email from Brian apologising, advising he had been unwell and offering either a refund or the opportunity to continue with the order. I said that a refund wasn't required as my partner was still keen for the experience so I wanted that to go ahead because it was a gift.

This was the last and only time I have heard from Cove Honey Bees in relation to my order outwith the automated confirmation.

I emailed twice more in August looking for any updates (end of summer honey) then reasoned that due to the issues experienced that summer, it was possibly unlikely to be fulfilled. In December, I sent another email to confirm the Christmas products from the purchase would be delivered. This didn't happen. I have sent a further three emails in January, all of which have gone unanswered.

So to summarise, it is now January, and my June order remains unfulfilled with zero confirmation as to if or when it will be. I try to support local where possible but this level of customer service is thoroughly disappointing.

Still waiting for fudge (showing on their website as in stock) that I ordered on 25 October for my daughter’s baby shower this coming Saturday. I have tried calling Brian several times but the phone rings then goes dead. However, I did receive a response to my email after I explained the fudge was required for party prizes and he responded saying he would expedite delivery of the fudge once the batch he had just made had cooled. I still haven’t received it so had to source elsewhere, an Etsy seller despatched some fudge yesterday which was received today, so Natasha saved the day! I’m sure the fudge from here is lovely but sadly I won’t get the chance to try it. Brian, hopefully you will see this review and issue me with a full refund asap, as requested. Thank you.

I'm writing this on behalf of a friend. He placed an order shortly before Christmas (Order Number 5731). The order included honey bread and it should have been delivered by December 23rd. However, the item has never been delivered. When calling the company there's no reply and emails are not replied to either.

I have ordered a bottle of raw honey, and it did not disappoint as it is most delicious. I highly recommend this product. Also, the owner happens to be kind as one evening I was cycling and required help with one of my wheels, and without even knowing me he offered his assistance. Many thanks, Taymara 😁.

Just the best Sticky Toffee Pudding ever... my partner's favourite pudding and she also reckons this is the bext around.
In addition, Banana Bread... I don't usually like it but Cove Honey Bee's Banana Bread is superb.
