As much as I love to support local businesses and fruit/veg markets, I'm always a little suspectable of their quality. I purchased avocados and these mini plums from them from less than 2 pounds and I have to say, they are just as fresh and sweet as the grocery stores. The shop owner was so sweet and nice and gave me a discount when I didn't have enough change. Would highly recommend and am definitely coming back in the future!

I bought some raspberries and cucumber which the price for both were very cheap and they were great. I felt that for soft fruits that you will not be cooking or pealing it could be good to have some shield for them since people walking across could have coughed on them etc... The staff did not knew where some of the produce was from but other than this it was ok. The card reader did not show the actual price you are buying so fixing this could be helpful.

Always has a great selection of fruit and veg, with great seasonal prices. They were also the only place to have aubergines when all the supermarkets were sold out. Saved the day!

After discovering this shop, I stopped buying vegetables and fruits from Sainsbury's because here it's not only better quality but also fresher and cheaper. There are some items which can get root very easily but you have always a way to choose the good ones.

Nice corner spot and the fruit and veg is always varied and good. Have to say the little shop is very pokey by comparison but the main problem is the smell inside. Stinks like a cheese shop for some reason. Otherwise it would be a 5 and I will still go there anyway.

Wide variety of well priced fruit and veg and plenty from local farms. Uses paper packaging where possible. Items are in good condition with expected shelf life once you get home. Good variety of water melons.
Blueberries also nice. Frequently visited to supplement a weekly shop from a supermarket. Service is good , staff are friendly and helpful
