Working with Cream of the Crop Events made my life as a marketer and event planner SO MUCH EASIER! My organization hosted a conference at The Biltmore in Coral Gables and their staff highly recommended COTC Events to support us with planning off-site meals and activities. I am so grateful that they did.

I had an initial meeting with Barbara to go over our event goals, dates, and some group demographics. From there, her team provided me with a detailed proposal with a variety of options for us to choose from. The proposal made it clear that they totally understood our goals and budget, making the decision to work with COTC events a very easy yes.

They took all the pain out of reaching out to multiple restaurants and playing the waiting game to hear back on availability or to get a contract. They handled everything and all we had to do was make menu selections, provide head counts, and show up!

COTC even arranged transportation for our guests and kept in great communication throughout the week of our event. We worked more directly with Dana once we were in the logistics and execution phase and she kept our deadlines in mind, prompted us when decisions were needed, and offered her very valuable insight and opinions when we were unsure how to proceed.

I look forward to the opportunity to work with COTC Events again in the future! I do not look forward to planning any events without them... I wish they were located near me in Philly, too!
