The best tasting turkey, best value, most moist turkey I've bought (35 years of buying and cooking turkeys: and I always buy bronze free range birds, so don't know how they do it. Only other bird that came close, was one from Abergavenny 15 years ago. I shall be back next year.

We normally are slaves to the supermarket chains and buy our Christmas Dinner from M&S. However this year we tried our very 1st relatively locally produced turkey. (Plymouth-Looe) We affectionately named him Stanley and he didn't disappoint. He was fresh, meaty, had a fabulous bone structure and was the most welcome guest at our dinner table. Suffice to say in future we will definitely source 'our Stanley's' locally. Delicious turkey and fabulous value for the price.
