Came up on holiday was served my lovely ladies a few times. Was served by a lad and he was rude not alowing a ladies infront to collect her shopping before calling us then before we could pick up the 1 item he was already pushing us away and calling someone else. A little patience goes along way.b but the other ladies I could not fault and store has all bits and bobs needed for your holiday. Xx

Small co-op right in the centre of Dalbeatie. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The staff are friendly, chatty and pleased to help. There is parking on street or in the free car park to the rear. Would recommend.

Love my local Cooperative Store! Although it's status is that of a ' convenience store' it carries most everyday items. Looks smart and clean with helpful staff that work at full-tilt with deliveries.

My mam who has a medical condition and has been told by her doctor that she is unable to carry heavy loads was refused service by one of the staff due to the fact I (a 19 year old) carried her shopping to the cashier. As I had no ID on me for her shopping, she was unable to buy her alcohol. I understand restrictions on ID but after explaining the situation she was still refused service. Shocking behaviour by the staff and sad to see a lack of compassion.
