Just a pity that any member of staff on the cash tills also need to keep an eye on self checkout stations which means they constantly walk away from mid checkout on cash tills to either ok alcohol sales or reset a fault . Why not finish the task at hand and then deal with self service, or better yet NO ALCOHOL sales at self service unless there’s a dedicated member of staff on self service.btw …hats off to Jim (5 stars)one or two of the younger staff could look to him for a lesson on how to do things properly.

It's a small supermarket so not much choice (especially vegan), but what they have is really good and the staff is always helpful and polite. The carpark is spacious, parking is never a problem. Plus they have a 'exausted batteries collection point' and an Amazon locker, both very appreciated.

Staff are brilliant, especially Jim he always puts a smile on anyone's face.

Only problem with this is things cost too much in it, it's one of the more expensive shops, it's cheaper to drive into Airdrie and go to B&M bargains, I mean it's only a co-op surely it should be cheap?

This is my local shop find you can get most things but sometimes a bit more expensive than big supermarkets but handy when u need something quick. Staff are always friendly and helpful..

Very disappointed with the store as i was at the self scan tryed to use my co-op discount there wase'nt a option for it asked a assistant who said it had thru only to find out when i got my receipt it had'nt come off at all which i thought i had to ask someone else who said all my stuff would need to be refunded and put thru again,i had no time to do that so i won't be back.
