A decent co op and the staff make it great. Shop is often short staffed so expect queues at school times but staff are always apologetic and go as quick as they can! FANTASTIC cheese selection and tremendous bargains. a young man called Matt always makes me smile with his epic delivery speed and famous "I'm living the dream!" Catchphrase.

Bonus points for a customer by the name of Dave bringing a puppy in and cheering everyone up. God bless co op cross lane 👌🏻💯

Great store!! Mostly great staff!! Young girl not sure of name she has ginger hair should be a manager by now she is so pleasant and the hardest worker on cross lane itself. This girl deserves a raise. Although every time I come into the store there's a girl called Sophie who runs to stand in the way of the cheese asif she is protecting it an looks at me like I'm going to steal them everytim I come. STOP SOPHIE it's safe with me !! I don't even eat cheese.

The staff are brilliant, always helpful, pity they aren't treated well by senior management, example went in earlier, amd they're all devastated to be told, store remains open during the Euro Final, won't even allow staff to support their country's football team, mardi arses. Would be 5 star but for senior management shocking attitude.

Brilliant staff, the bad comments are due to the fact the staff or run ragged due to no hours and are doing 5 jobs at once that’s why they come off as rude, If the company actually looked after the staff they would be happier and more motivated. Poor staff are too stressed and under appreciated.

I was here yesterday evening and the staff are extremely rude and don't want to be there. With a ginger ponytail male stating "I just want to shut the shop and go home" and 3 staff members sat around staring at me making me extremely uncomfortable. There were a few people that went in after me but it was not a pleasant experience.

Great store and great staff! Staff who have a million jobs to do and most customers don’t appreciate it. All about themselves, the ones who are complaining on here need to get a life. Probably jobless

Probably one of the most unhelpful shops around. There really is only one member of staff that is welcoming and accommodating, a young girl. The shop often has a funny smell. Staff can be quite rude and abrupt. They never seem to have the big co-op offers such as the 5 for £5 offer and says their store does not do this.

I was at the door within 5 mins of the driver arriving. I've just had a knee replacement so it takes me while to get down stairs. She didn't ring the bell. Or get out of the car. She was very rude to me. Shouting from the car. It was a big order I place £74. I doubt that I will ever order from the coop again.
