I’ve visited Coolings three times recently, and each time, Hannah has been incredibly helpful. She’s helped me in selecting thoughtful housewarming gifts and anniversary presents, always with a friendly demeanor. On my last visit, I forgot my debit card, and she kindly put my items aside while I ran home to retrieve it. It’s always a pleasure to be assisted by someone so attentive and considerate. Big up to her!

Personalised, attention to detail service. I contacted online from Australia and asked for gift recommendations for a potted plant to suit my friend's backyard. They recommended a beautiful flowering plant for December and chose a pot to match the photo I sent them of her backyard. So thankful for their care

My review is for Arthur’s restaurant at Coolings Garden Centre. The garden centre is excellent- great choice of quality plants. However the restaurant is a huge disappointment. While the seating area is roomy and comfortable the counter service is slow and indifferent. The cakes are aesthetically a turn off and not of a standard that matches the price charged. We had the violet cake today and the icing was unbelievably cheap and sickly. The actual sponge had no taste or flavour. As for the Oreo cake it looks as if a child has put it together. I’ve spent a lot of money at Coolings over 25 years and I feel compelled to write a review as direct comments fall on deaf ears!

Decent garden centre with a large variety of plants to choose from. Customer service is very good and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Cafe a little bit on the expensive side, especially for sandwiches, but apart from that all good.

Never been here before favouring other garden centres. But that was a mistake, this is an excellent garden centre and a real one not a glorified furniture shop and all that other rubbish. Arthurs restaurant breakfast was also very good.

I like Coolings. A good plants person place. Good quality plants, maybe a little more expensive than Polhill for example, but quality is really good. Vast range of plants, I aspire to get one of their beautiful acers!
Staff all seem to know their stuff.
All very accessible, large car park with good blue badge parking.
Nice cafe, always found the food good. Fairly even hard pathways throughout. Can get really busy.
