Do believe all those one star reviews, they are true.
Awful customer and delivery service. I haven't received my order as the courier APC overnight didn't bother to bring the parcel when it was supposed to. From two parcels they have delivered one, damaged and left it outside in the street.
I have stayed at home for extra two days to wait for the second parcel, nothing. APC overnight are not responding to the phone or to messages.
I couldn't go to work as I was suppose to as I had to wait for the parcel. I have asked for a refund and Cookmill are refusing saying I should wait for the parcel if will ever come. I cannot stay home again and not go out to work.
Told Cookmill to refund me and for them to wait for their own parcel to be delivered by their own courier, now they are not replying to my emails.

Make yourself a favour, don't order from these people, they are the worst, dishonest and disrespectful towards their customers. Once they took your money they don't care anymore.
Update 16 Dec!
Cookmill are a bunch of thieves, from 11 item ordered they only sent me a broomstick in a cardboard tube on 10 Dec and that is it. On the package says it weights 8.5kg.
Today the second parcel, a small cardboard tube came opened at one end with a small wooden stick, that I haven't ordered. I have told the driver to take it back.
Attached pics with the tube parcels.
Cookmill never called me nor they pick up my phone calls.
Hence Cookmill have stolen 87 pounds (minus the broomstick )from me as they haven't sent my order, and refuse to refund.
I am taking these people to Court and continue to give them true reviews. They found the wrong person to mess with.

Chat on Cookmill website completely useless. I am waiting for nearly an hour and Nabilah is stalling saying nothing.
No refund and no products.
Do your selves a favour don't order from these dishonest and not trustworthy company. They mock and disrespect their customers!

Best catering shop in Manchester.
team are really helpful, great choice of product at a really competitive prices, I’d say the best in market.

Communication was impressive, I ordered my bulk plate in store and I was promise a phone call if it arrives by Friday,
Suprprisegly it was that quick.

I was desperate for a double spray catering tap and unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock, Pete managed to get it delivered on same day as I believe one of their driver was setting off from their Bradford branch where they had the tap Available. Saved me time and hassle for a busy night at work

Completely nailed it. Nicole was fabulous support. We had to order a lot of stock to be delivered quickly. Everything arrived earlier than expected and in great condition. A lot cheaper than competitors on like for like product. Will definitely be using these guys again! Fantastic

I used to shop around when opening my restaurant but then I stopped as Cooksmill always came out on top. There isn’t a plate that Pete can’t identify, if you’re looking for Drinks Vessels, Dan can sort you out and Terry’s knowledge of Takeaway Packaging is second to none…. From Fish ‘n’ Chips to Tapas, he has you covered.

So, go to Cooksmill for the best prices, amazing knowledgeable and incredible service from Plate Pete, Drinks Dan and Takeaway Terry. Also, shoutout to Jugs Jason - just the guy you need for Jugs!

I just want to give a massive shoutout to the incredible team at The Cooksmill Manchester – Ann, Terry, Dan, and their fantastic manager, Pete. These staff members consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Every visit, they’re always so helpful, friendly, and professional. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them – they go out of their way to make sure everything is up to the highest standards. It’s clear that they care about their customers and take real pride in what they do.

We were looking for some teapots and milk jugs at short notice for our daughter's baby shower, which was going to be an afternoon tea. I found what I was looking for on the Cooksmill site but was concerned about how long it would take to arrive. While the site was still up, I called the contact number provided and got through to Jillian. Once she understood my issue, she told me that delivery was by courier and normally was next-day delivery. However, Jillian suggested we review each item to confirm it was immediately available. We confirmed the items were available, and Jillian suggested I place the order and give her the order number so she could track it through the whole process. Jillian contacted me later by email to state she had spoken to the warehouse and arranged for them to despatch the order that day, and it arrived the next day.

So far I've only had amazing experiences with Cooks Mill. They clearly position themselves as capable to fulfil orders in a timely manner and their customer customer service / sales staff are responsive.

In my most recent order they went above and beyond to make sure I had the items I needed, even though some of them were only worth a few pounds, the team helped to source them and ship the order well ahead of time. Thanks very much!

They have a good range of food packaging products which are more environmentally focused too.
