I have purchased for the very first time COOK’S Christmas lunch for 12. As it’s only 8.30 am on Christmas morning we haven’t eaten it yet so that review will come later!
This is about the service from Cook, which has been absolutely excellent.
It was super easy to buy and just as hassle free to add to the order any time until the cut off date which was around 18th December for a 22nd December delivery.
Email updates were efficient and then I got a really lovely call from the shop 2/3 days before delivery.
There was originally a 4 hour time slot which was whittled down to 1 hour, so that was perfect.
It was then delivered to my daughter by Lianne on time in 2 huge COOK bags, all perfectly packed with instruction plus a download instruction detailing the exact times for cooking/reheating everything.
So thank you COOK of Surbiton.
Also payment wasn’t taken until just before delivery, that’s a first for me and a very nice touch.

Lovely store atmosphere and lots of interesting choices. The frozen cakes are delicious! Have tried the carrot cake and chocolate cake!

The staff are wonderful and welcoming!

Walked past this place for the last year thinking 'frozen food?, nah, you're ok.' Decided to go in on a whim today. Looked round and was quite impressed with the range and ingredients of the meals. So....I bought a King Prawn Linguini and can honestly say it was the best ive ever had. They promise a 'home-cooked experience' with their food and they certainly delivered on that promise. It was amazing. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

The food here is absolutely great, the vegetable lasagne, berry crumble and curries in particular! Their staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. I’d recommend it to anyone and especially as a gift for people expecting/ just had a newborn baby as it’s super tasty and healthy food that extremely busy parents don’t need to make themselves

I often pick-up online orders from here that my girlfriend has placed online, the staff are very friendly, happy and welcoming towards anyone who come through their doors. I don't particularly visit very often, but they do remember their customers, which makes the experience even more welcoming compared to other places I have visted in the past and present.
The meals and food they offer are to a real high standard and me and my girlfriend love having them, specially with balancing a young baby in our lifestyle, it makes the chore of cooking dinner in the evenings much less stressful! You get a discount as new parents too on their meals I believe!
The prices may seem a little steep to some, but they're more than reasonable considering you don't get the taste they offer in their meals anywhere else to my knowledge.
