Cook's Chicken Dijon for 2 was very disappointing...mostly comprising a lot of strong mustardy sauce + a few small pieces of chicken and the odd tiny sliver of red onion - no discernible 'buttered leeks'. The overall flavour was reminiscent of a nineties Mary Berry cook-in sauce...but will cost you £9.50. No serving suggestion but you'll need plenty of boiled rice or crusty bread to soak up all the sauce, with mushrooms or broccoli or salad to create a proper meal....&some extra cooked chicken breast if you really want it to feed two.

I just had Jade and Ionna's Chicken and Mushroom Lasagne. It's probably the best I've ever had.
Everything I've ever had from the Cook range has been superb, and worthy of a five star review, but this one was what made me post this.

My first experience of the Cook Kitchen. I had the prawn kerahi, peas pilau and saag paneer, all delicious and top quality. And around 10 mins from freezer to plate. If I had been served that plate of food in an Indian restaurant, I would have complimented it. The fact that it came out of a freezer in a nearby Co-Op is insane. It’s a shame that your Google rating is dragged down by apparently dissatisfied current and former staff. Can’t/won’t comment on that but the food was amazing, thank you.

Roasted veg lasagne and salmon and asparagus gratin both way too salty. It's a shame as it spoils an otherwise good meal.

I’m absolutely appalled with this company. They made my mother do an 8 hours in pastry trial. To then be told she never got the job. Which is fair enough but eight hours trial screams free labour to me. They took advantage of my mother. I could understand if it was a couple of hours but 8 hours. Absolutely disgraceful. Should be ashamed of thereself

These meals are wonderful and im such a fussy eater, stock up every month, only priblem.is I now eat a desert as they are so lovely, the mushroom.risotto is my favourite and the vegetarian spring rolls

Oh my goodness seriously impressed with the Chicken Jalfrezi please don’t change it ! Serving looked very small for over £5 for one person however it tasted full of natural ingredients and SO delicious 🤤 Chicken not dry Will be sourcing again Thank you
