Conway completes the hat-trick of poor legal services:

1) sloppy and negligent work missing key points and clauses
2) shambolic Organisation and missed deadlines (and then Boris Johnson worthy lies and lengthy obfuscation to hide her responsibility).
3) over billing, wasted time, poor value and bills devoid of reality.

When a client knows more than the lawyer and can organise it better it signifies an utter disaster zone. Best avoid entirely and go to someone competent.

After a nightmare scenario with another solicitor, in summer 2019 we had to choose a new solicitor to support us with a land purchase. It was complicated as it involved a boundary dispute, mortgage company, 2 lots of previously unhelpful solicitors and the parish council.

The service that we received from Linda, Michelle and team from Conway and Co was second to none and I have no hesitation in recommending them in the future.

I initially spoke to Linda on the phone, she explained to me, I’m not your normal solicitor, I’m on my phone a lot and if you need a quick answer I’m always around” - good to her word this is exactly what was needed, cutting through the legal terminology and giving us direct plain English responses to any questions that we had - sometimes early in the morning and after hours.

Linda even took the time to visit the land (not requested by us) to better understand the purchase which shows the level of dedication and willingness to please.

I have no hesitation in recommending them to future clients and we will be loyal customer for future legal matters.
