If you need a Miele repair, go direct to Miele. Expensive call out charge and engineer unable to fix. Went direct to Miele and problem solved quickly and professionally with all labour and parts for a fixed price.

Excellent service as always from Emma at Connelly's. She went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after with a superb new dishwasher. Cannot fault the product or the service we got - that's why we've been coming back to Connelly's for years. Recommended.

If you want the best appliances, come here. As soon as you start looking at the range of Miele appliances on offer, you can immediately tell that this is a premium brand, a cut above the rest. Emma, who runs the amassing showroom, is so passionate about Miele and the appliances and couldn't have been more helpful. She can demonstrate all appliances in the shop which is so refreshing compared to places like Currys where you can only look at appliances. She answered all my questions and, after I'd made my purchase, said not to hesitate to call her if I had any further questions or wanted her to complete my warranty application. Again, this is such a refreshing change compared to the high street retailers who seem to lose interest in you as soon as you've handed over your money. Emma clearly knows the importance of customer care/aftercare.
I have already recommended ATI Miele Sheffield to some friends and I will certainly be going again if I ever need an appliance.

We were replacing a Miele dishwasher that had lasted 13 years, Emma was brilliant in showing us the differences between models in the range and arranged delivery direct from Miele in a few days. Delivery was included in the very competitive price (beating a shop not known for being undersold) and included a timed delivery by a two man team, removal of all packaging and recycling of the old dishwasher. A very pleasant experience and a good cup of coffee 😄

Having got all my appliances for my new kitchen from Connelly Miele, when I needed a new washing machine I knew where to go. Wow is all I can say, it's amazing, silent and spins so you need little in terms of drying. I am amazed. Emma in the shop was fantastic as ever providing a full demo. What a great place to go and buy appliances locally

Can't speak highly enough of Emma and the shop layout. Built an extension at home and came in to see Emma for some information about the Miele products that I had not been able to get through the other stockists, she sat down and talked through all the options and models and gave sound practical advice on all of them. Bought seven items from the store and really pleased with all of them. At a time when it is so easy to purchase from the internet it's businesses like Emma's that make you realise that there is no substitute for face to face interaction. Miele as an umbrella organisation should be massively proud of the shop and the sales they receive due to Emma's knowledge and hard work.

If you are going to buy anything electrical you won't find better than here. Emma is amazing, other stores could learn a lot from her about customer service. Brilliant product knowledge, exceptionally speedy delivery and fantastic Miele products that I love, and at a competitive price. The two delivery guys were brilliant too, they went over and above compared to any delivery that I've ever had, moved things around in a very tight space and unpackaged the machine so it was fully functional before they left which I didn't expect, all done with a smile and nothing was too much trouble, amazing! They even took my old machine away. What more could you want. Top class. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

Who would have thought shopping with your wife for cookers, microwaves, etc could be a pleasurable experience. Not I!
That was until I visited the ATI Miele shop in Sheffield. Emma(the shop owner) could not have been more helpful. All questions answered if still unsure explanations are achieved by demonstrations on live units, I don't know of any other retailer that can give you that type of assistance in helping you find what fits your needs
Then after all the hard work put in by Emma, the prices she quoted were very competitive. Needless to say our kitchen has now been fitted with the Miele products supplied by Emma
Would i recommend a visit YES! if I could I would have given a 10 star rating
